Last Dance Photos

I had the honor of being able to watch and follow the Chief after he left the court. These are photos taken in the tunnel and some in the dressing room after his final perfomance this season.

Ogala Luncheon

This was the scholarship luncheon hosted by the Council of Chiefs on September 9th in Champaign prior to the first home football game. The luncheon was to announce the creation of the Frank's Fools Crow Scholarship fund at the Ogala Lakota College in Kyle, South Dakota. College President Thomas Shortbull was in attendance.

Chief Tryout Photos

The most recent Chief Illiniwek Tryouts were held in May of 2006 in Champaign. A bunch of former Chief plus school administrators helped to choose the new Chief, Dan Maloney, and his assistant Chief.

USA Basketball

I was fortunate to attend the USAB State Farm Challenge event in Las Vegas and spent time with some of the players and coaches. What a great event and let me tell you, almost every guy on the team is incredibly nice and considerate. Tear 'em up! Go USA!

80th Anniversary

My Chief Illiniwek Next Dance Video

As I mentioned in an earlier post, I took video courtside of the Chief Illiniwek: The Next Dance event on November 15th. I had some issues with uploading until my good neighbors had the exact model I needed to get it finish.
